About the Role
We are seeking an ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical and managerial duties in a full-time, night-shift position.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care
- Perform disciplinary actions, hiring, and staff management
- Communicate with physicians and team members about patient conditions
- Develop and evaluate teaching plans for patients and families
- Assess and manage pain and adjust care plans accordingly
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status
- Ensure quality clinical care within the specialty area
Requirements
- Current NV RN licensure
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS as appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred, or enrollment in an accredited program within one year
