About the role
We are seeking an ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical and managerial duties on our ICU unit.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct and indirect patient care
- Performing disciplinary actions
- Participating in hiring and termination
- Communicating with physicians and staff regarding patient conditions
- Assessing and managing pain
- Revising care plans based on patient responses
- Evaluating care effectiveness
Qualifications
- Current NV RN licensure
- A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Appropriate certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- BSN or enrollment in an accredited program within one year preferred
