We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually posting includes "The Role", "What You'll Be Responsible For", "We're Looking For Someone Who…", "Education, Skills And Experience", "What You'll Get", "Pay", "Benefits", maybe "Why join us?" but we only include sections when real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also we should not include application instructions. Also we should not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (the description of role), "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". But we only include if content present. The posting includes: "The Role" paragraph describing responsibilities. Then "What You'll Be Responsible For" with sub-sections: Leadership, Safety & Culture; Facility Responsibilities; Financial & Performance Accountability; People, Capability & Culture Development. That's a list of duties. Could map to "Responsibilities". Then "We're Looking For Someone Who…" includes values/behaviors; could be "Qualifications" or "Skills"? Might be "Qualifications". Then "Education, Skills And Experience" is explicit. Then "What You'll Get" includes benefits description. Then "Pay:" line with range. Then "Benefits:" line with description. Also "Bonus: This position is bonus eligible." Might be part of benefits/pay. We should not create sections with filler like "Schedule" if not present. No schedule info. We need to avoid repeating job title. Also we need to drop metadata like Job ID, location? Location is Sikeston, MO; we could include in a short p maybe under About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short p. Also "Terms: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now and in the future." That's also metadata; we can fold into short p. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we must cut out the "Why join us?" paragraph? It's not boilerplate but it's promotional; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But we need to decide if it's substantive. It's about culture; could be included in About the role. However we already have About the role maybe from "The Role". The "Why join us?" is more about why to join; could be considered part of Benefits? Not exactly. Might be considered fluff but still substantive. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine "Why join us?" into About the role or Benefits? Probably better to include as part of About the role (company overview). But we already have company overview at start: "Life tastes better with ice cream..." That's also company overview. Could be part of About the role? Actually that's generic company description; could be included as About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's generic marketing. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This company description might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. It's describing the company; could be considered part of About the role. I'd keep it as a short p under About the role. Thus sections: - About the role (h3) containing company overview paragraph and location/visa terms p. - Responsibilities (h3) containing the bullet list of duties from "What You'll Be Responsible For". We'll need to break into ul li for each bullet point (maybe each subheading and its content). Could treat each subheading as a li with inner text. - Requirements / Qualifications (h3) containing "We're Looking For Someone Who…" plus "Education, Skills And Experience". Could combine into one section "Qualifications". But we have separate headings possible: "Qualifications" and "Skills". However we should prefer few substantive sections. Could make one "Qualifications" section containing both the behavioral expectations and education/skills. - Benefits (h3) containing the benefits description from "What You'll Get" and "Benefits:" plus bonus. - Pay (h3) containing the pay range. We should not include Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's draft:
