Hybrid Pharmacist - 4 Days Retail / 1 Day Remote

Role Overview

Responsible for dispensing, reviewing, and verifying prescribed medications within regulatory and company guidelines. Works in a hybrid environment, providing pharmacy consulting, clinical services, immunizations, and diagnostic testing to enhance patient care and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy tasks such as compounding, medication management, and drug therapy reviews.
• Provides patient-centered healthcare services, including consultations, immunizations, and disease management.
• Supports centralized patient support, resolves prescription issues, and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers, maintains pharmacy systems, processes insurance claims, and manages inventory.
• Leads team efforts, supports staff training, and promotes a positive work environment.
• Analyzes performance data, implements process improvements, and ensures adherence to policies and standards.
• Engages in community outreach and maintains professional development and licensing requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• BS or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and valid pharmacist license.
• Experience in prescription dispensing, medication review, and pharmacy operations.
• Willingness to become an immunizer if not already certified.
• Ability to work effectively in various environments, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred experience with pharmacy technology and specialized medication services.
