Hybrid Pharmacist - 4 Days Retail / 1 Day Remote

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmacy services across various retail locations and remote support, ensuring safe and effective medication management within regulatory and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performing pharmacist tasks such as compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication dispensing.
• Enhancing patient care through consultations, medication management, immunizations, and clinical services like disease state management.
• Supporting pharmacy operations, including inventory management, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers, maintaining relationships, and participating in community outreach.
• Processing insurance claims, resolving patient issues, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Supporting staff training, analyzing performance data, and implementing process improvements.
• Staying current with pharmacy technology, licensing, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree, with active state license.
• Experience in prescription dispensing, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations.
• Willingness to work in diverse environments, with certification or willingness to become an immunizer.

Preferred:

• Experience with pharmacy software, disease-specific services, and community engagement.
