Hybrid Pharmacist - 4 Days Retail / 1 Day Remote

About the role

This position provides comprehensive pharmacy services across multiple retail locations while also supporting centralized services remotely. The role focuses on professional development, regulatory compliance, and community engagement to support healthcare delivery and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Compound, dispense, review, and verify prescriptions in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Provide patient consultations and clinical services, including immunizations and diagnostic testing.
• Manage medication therapy and resolve customer inquiries to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Support pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Optimize financial performance of the pharmacy operation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold pharmacy policies and standards.
• Foster relationships with healthcare providers and the community.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze performance data and implement process improvements.
• Ensure staff adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree.
• Valid pharmacist license.
• Experience with prescription dispensing.
• Knowledge of controlled substance laws.
• Certification as an immunizer or willingness to obtain certification.
