Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing
  • 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on employment related and class actions
  • Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
    • Employment discrimination
    • workplace privacy
    • EEOC/DOL matters
    • Wage and hour claims
    • statutory or common law privacy issues
  • Counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance
  • Drafting workplace policies
  • Assisting clients with employment issues
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases, with a particular focus on labor and employment class actions
  • Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial
  • Draft workplace policies
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions
  • Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively

  • Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary of $290,000+, as determined by experience and market factors
