Seattle - Class Action Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of class action labor and employment law experience to join the Seattle office. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Washington.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in class action and individual employment litigation
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Prepare and present arguments in court and before administrative agencies
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes amicably
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of class action labor and employment law experience
- Licensed to practice law in Washington
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Passionate about labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
- Experience with class action litigation
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $260,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
