Seattle - Labor and Employment Midlevel Associate
About the role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in employment law, including, for example, single-plaintiff litigation, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations. They will also have experience briefing motions, propounding, and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery, and have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in single-plaintiff litigation, wage and hour, and other class-action lawsuits
- Conduct internal investigations
- Litigate restrictive covenant cases
- Participate in arbitrations
- Brief motions
- Propound and respond to discovery, including ESI discovery
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in employment law
- Active Washington Bar membership required
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience briefing motions
- Experience propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery

Pay
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000. The base salary wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
