Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing
4-6 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on employment related and class actions
Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters
Wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues
Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is required.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues
Exceptional legal research and writing skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases, with a particular focus on labor and employment class actions
  • Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial
  • Draft workplace policies
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions
  • Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively
