The Debt Finance team at BakerHostetler is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions for clients across various industries. Our team handles a wide range of debt financing transactions, including structured financings, asset-based lending, and securitizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute debt financing transactions from inception to closing
  • Prepare and review loan documentation, including credit agreements, security agreements, and other related documents
  • Conduct due diligence on borrowers and collateral to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financing strategies
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the financing process
