Responsibilities
- Manage and execute debt financing transactions from inception to closing
- Prepare and review loan documentation, including credit agreements, security agreements, and other related documents
- Conduct due diligence on borrowers and collateral to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financing strategies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the financing process
