HVAC Truck Based Serviceman (union)
About the role
We are looking for a skilled HVAC systems serviceman with experience in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team, working on the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.

Servicemen must have practical working experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. You may be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. The scope of work is limited to commercial HVACR service.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems, including RTUs, Boilers, AHUs, Pumps, and Split Systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of residential (service), commercial, and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
- Ability to commit to a 30-hour OSHA Certification (after hours and weekends) required upon hire.
- Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Pay
$22.56 - $29.56 hourly rate, determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
