HVAC Senior Mechanic

About the role

Sobieski Custom Homes Division is seeking a full-time HVAC Senior Mechanic to install heating and cooling systems in custom homes. The ideal candidate will also assist in training HVAC helpers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain heating and cooling systems in custom homes
• Train HVAC helpers

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred)
• 8+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in various weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
