About the role
This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales.
Responsibilities
- Present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities
- Obtain commercial service agreement sales that fit customers' needs, and that are competitive and profitable
- Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients
- Prospecting new business for Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales and Upgrades
- Cold calling and in-person meetings with potential new customers
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans
- Strong Sales aptitude
- Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients
- Strong Computer Skills
- Able to multi-task
- Extremely organized and timely in tasks, calls, and projects
- Ability to climb a ladder

Pay
$37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Potential annual earnings $100K +
Schedule
Monday through Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime
