About the role
J.f. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is an $100-million mechanical contracting company serving Delaware, South Eastern PA, NJ, Richmond, Virginia, and Maryland markets. We are the largest mechanical contractor in the tri-state area (DE, PA, MD) and are expanding into the Richmond, VA area. We install HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects, ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
- Must be comfortable prospecting through cold calling.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in the commercial sector.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Pay

Schedule
This full-time Sales position typically works 8 hour-shifts Monday - Friday but hours may vary based on business needs.
