Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to assess their HVAC needs and present suitable solutions
- Conduct site visits and evaluations to provide accurate quotes and recommendations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring follow-up and support throughout the sales process
- Educate customers on the benefits of HVAC systems and the features of our products and services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to leverage in sales presentations
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus
