Responsibilities
- Possess high school diploma or GED
- Have 2+ years of experience in the Building Management or Building Automation Systems, Service Agreements, HVAC Controls or HVAC Commercial Sales
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Able to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, be comfortable working on roofs/platforms
- Must hold a valid driver’s license as daily area travel is required
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or Business (preferred)
- Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and key stakeholders
- Strong team building and relationship building ability and desire

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
