About the role

This role is a great fit for you to excel at building relationships, have outstanding customer service and love working with cross-functional teams. This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Possess high school diploma or GED
  • Have 2+ years of experience in the Building Management or Building Automation Systems, Service Agreements, HVAC Controls or HVAC Commercial Sales
  • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Able to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, be comfortable working on roofs/platforms
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license as daily area travel is required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or Business (preferred)
  • Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong team building and relationship building ability and desire

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

  • Short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements
