About the role

Responsibilities
- Solve complex challenges and master HVAC trade
- Handle troubleshooting and repairs, full system installations
- Work with a variety of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systems
- Diagnose issues, explain solutions, ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with a strong team, share knowledge, support apprentices, and continue to grow expertise
Requirements
- Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and solutions to both teammates and customers
- Open to travel as needed
- Universal EPA refrigerant license
- Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices

Pay
Compensation range: $46.00-$49.72, determined by local UA education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
