Responsibilities
- Aid in applicant communication, interview scheduling, and coordination
- Support onboarding documentation and HR records organization
- Maintain HR files, databases, and digital records
- Assist with HR reporting and data projects as assigned
- Provide administrative support for HR events, trainings, and culture initiatives
- Route HR questions to appropriate staff members
- Support special HR projects as directed
Qualifications
- Gain exposure to nonprofit HR processes
- Develop skills in coordination, HR systems, communication, and organization
- Experience working within a collaborative HR team environment
- Experience or strong interest in Human Resources or administrative support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with guidance
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) helpful
- Familiarity with HRIS systems a plus but not required
- Agreement with OM USA’s Statement of Faith
