Responsibilities

• Support administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits; Assist with annual enrollment activities, including system testing and employee communications
• Prepare routine reports related to benefits enrollment, participation, and utilization; Process benefit enrollments, status changes, terminations, and qualifying life events in applicable HR systems; Audit benefits data and error reports to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate records
• Assist with the resolution of routine employee benefit issues with carriers and third-party administrators; Deliver a positive experience when interacting with employees and Human Resources
• Review, reconcile, and process benefits invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment; Coordinate with Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS), Finance, Payroll, and benefits vendors to resolve billing and funding issues; Assist with the administration and reconciliation of self
