Human Resources Specialist II
About the role
We support the effective operation and improvement of HR processes under general supervision. We collaborate with stakeholders, create tools and resources, and execute programs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Develops subject matter expertise in one or more HR disciplines including Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
- Safeguard the efficient delivery of processes, programs, and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
- Supports HR data reporting to make meaningful recommendations and actions to improve HR service delivery.
- Advise HR and business leaders on best practices.
Requirements
Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
