  • Provide employee relations support by serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on workplace concerns, performance issues, and consistent policy application.
  • Manage the employee review process, including schedules, documentation, completion tracking, and follow-up on goals and professional development commitments.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking to support leadership in evaluating pay structures, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution by guiding productive conversations, documenting concerns, and escalating significant employee relations matters when appropriate.
  • Cook up the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, including annual education, communication, and activities that promote an inclusive culture.
  • Support HR compliance by maintaining required documentation, monitoring changes in employment regulations, and assisting with policy development and implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional human resources experience; this is not an entry-level position.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and demonstrated experience keeping HR practices compliant and consistently applied.
  • Proven experience coordinating onboarding, training administration, or employee development programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, sound judgment, and thorough documentation.
