About the Job
Our client is an innovative, high-growth global beauty brand and cosmetics enterprise specializing in trend-forward personal care, hair aesthetics, and consumer lifestyle products. We are seeking an organized, people-centric Human Resources Specialist to join our fully distributed global People Operations division.
Responsibilities
Partner with department headers to post creative job listings, screen incoming resumes for design/marketing/operations roles, coordinate interview panels, and maintain data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Design and facilitate a highly engaging, seamless digital onboarding experience for incoming personnel, coordinating remote equipment shipments and introducing new hires to the brand's culture and values.
Input, audit, and maintain precise employee profiles, payroll deduction structures, paid-time-off (PTO) tracking logs, and life event benefit modifications across centralized HRIS platforms.
Assist in planning, rolling out, and evaluating virtual team-building initiatives, company-wide newsletters, and continuous feedback loops to build an inclusive remote workspace.
Maintain structural compliance files across multi-state employment sectors, ensuring employee records conform strictly to internal corporate guidelines and federal/state labor regulations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or an equivalent business-humanitarian or creative discipline.
Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. This is an entry-level professional track; robust human resources internships, corporate recruiting projects, university organizational leadership, or experience handling highly confidential datasets are highly valued.
Spreadsheet and Data Literacy: Strong spreadsheet tracking capabilities in Microsoft Excel (proficient with data sorting, filtering, and core formatting to manage personnel reports).
Communication Polish & Discretion: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a high degree of emotional intelligence and an absolute commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Language Fluency: Professional verbal and written proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate cross-border corporate tracking and coordinate seamlessly with international supply chains and executive centers.
Basic foundational exposure to modern enterprise HR software suites (such as BambooHR, Workday, ADP, or Rippling).
A genuine, proactive interest in beauty trends, cosmetics manufacturing, lifestyle brands, or multicultural consumer packaged goods (CPG).

Salary Range: $55,000 – $72,000 USD base structure + Discretionary Performance Bonuses, Remote Workspace Tech Allowances, Employee Product Discounts/Stipends, and Premium Corporate Health, Dental, and Wellness Benefits.
