About the role
Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking to immediately hire a Human Resources Specialist. Total Water is a 100% Employee Owned Company and a leader in water treatment. We are known for our innovation and service in providing ultra-pure water for healthcare, biotech, laboratory, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and food processing operations. We are a growing company and currently have locations in WI, IL, MN, IA, MI and GA. This position works out of our Madison, WI location.
Responsibilities
This position will specialize in recruiting and talent acquisition, as well as assist in other human resources administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area or equivalent experience in employment field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment centered role.
- Experience recruiting high-level or hard to fill positions required.
