Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, data entering employee information, ordering uniforms, and issuing clock-in numbers.
  • Perform background checks.
  • Data enter employee termination paperwork.
  • Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate complex issues to HR management.
  • Respond to employee queries via phone, email, and internal HRIS system.
  • Greet clients and visitors as they enter.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain office phones.
  • Maintain HR paperwork and database.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
  • High Attention to Detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Paycom or HRIS is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills highly desired!
