Human Resources Recruiting Administrator
About the role
The Human Resources Recruiting Administrator (HRRA) is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR support. This role serves as the primary contact for candidates, hiring managers, staffing agencies, and vendors while partnering with HR leadership to attract top talent, support HR initiatives, and promote a positive workplace culture. This position also assists with HR policy administration, employee training, engagement programs, recognition events, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, professional, and leadership positions; develop and post job advertisements; source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection; prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities; maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records; build relationships with staffing agencies, colleges, and recruiting partners.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Support the implementation and consistent enforcement of HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; maintain HR and recruiting documentation and assist with audits; support compensation benchmarking and workforce planning.
- Employee Engagement & Training: Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation and employee training programs; plan employee recognition programs, morale-building activities, company luncheons, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and engagement events; assist with internal communications and employee retention initiatives; serve as the HR representative for employee committees, including the Young Professionals (YoPro) group.
- Collaboration: Coordinate job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach activities; meet regularly with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs and hiring progress; build strong relationships across all levels of the organization; communicate with HR leaders on projects and trends.
- Assist in Human Resources Generalist duties as needed.
- Work with ISO team to maintain and create job descriptions as needed.

Qualifications
- Required: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities; high attention to detail and confidentiality; strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, professional, and leadership positions; experience with employee engagement, training coordination, and HR compliance; manufacturing and/or engineering recruiting experience strongly preferred; SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
