Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, answer general questions, and guide guests and employees to the appropriate office contacts.
- Manage front-office administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and responding to routine requests in a timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day support for human resources inquiries and assist with departmental administrative needs.
- Help organize meetings, training sessions, and company events by preparing rooms, coordinating materials, and confirming logistics.
- Arrange catering, travel details, and other event-related services as needed to support business activities.
- Aid executive leaders with administrative requests and help ensure priorities are handled efficiently.
- Maintain a neat, orderly, and organized reception and office area.
- Complete additional clerical and operational support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources administration, reception, or a related office support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer-based administrative work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant administrative support experience.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Soft skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Other: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prior experience supporting a multi-division or complex business environment is preferred but not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
100% onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
