Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, answer general questions, and guide guests and employees to the appropriate office contacts.
  • Manage front-office administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and responding to routine requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide day-to-day support for human resources inquiries and assist with departmental administrative needs.
  • Help organize meetings, training sessions, and company events by preparing rooms, coordinating materials, and confirming logistics.
  • Arrange catering, travel details, and other event-related services as needed to support business activities.
  • Aid executive leaders with administrative requests and help ensure priorities are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat, orderly, and organized reception and office area.
  • Complete additional clerical and operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources administration, reception, or a related office support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer-based administrative work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant administrative support experience.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Soft skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Other: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources administration, reception, or a related office support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer-based administrative work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external visitors.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prior experience supporting a multi-division or complex business environment is preferred but not required.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

100% onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
