What You'll Learn As an HR Intern, you'll gain exposure to: Talent acquisition and recruitingEmployee onboarding and orientationEmployee engagement initiativesHR communications and policy developmentHRIS systems and data managementOrganizational culture and employee relationsEmployment law and HR best practices What You'll Do Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidatesHelp organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiativesAssist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentialityCreate presentations, reports, and employee communication materialsConduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practicesSupport day-to-day HR operations and special projects What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Why Lithionics?
