Human Resources Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Screener resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and testing.
- Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Manage pre-employment process (onboarding, scheduling background check & drug testing).
- Cook daily management of ATS, and various other HR tools.
- I-9 verification.
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
- Maintain a satisfied level of customer service.
- Properly handle requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.
- Aid in benefit administration using our HRIS software.
Requirements
- Working towards completing your Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Working knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.
- Understanding of common rules HR practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and planning skills.
- Exceptional written and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Personable, able to comfortably deal with a variety of people.
- Able to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Work proactively with other team members.
Education
Required: Working towards completing your Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.

Work Environment
The setting for this position is in our main office building.
