Human Resources Intern

About the role

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their team on-site for the summer, with potential for an extension.

Responsibilities

• Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks
• Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
• Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed

Requirements

• If you are a go getter and extremely detail oriented
• Have a proven track record of providing excellent Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers
• Are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Possess Strong organizational and communication skills
• Enjoy working with HR software and databases
• Embody a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
