Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, candidate scheduling, and applicant tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs, projects, and daily operations.
  • Aid in employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related materials as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment practices.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on process improvements and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
