Key Responsibilities
- Aid in recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, candidate scheduling, and applicant tracking.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, projects, and daily operations.
- Aid in employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment practices.
- Collaborate with HR team members on process improvements and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
