About the Role

This highly visible role partners closely with employees and leadership to enhance the employee experience while supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, proactive, and passionate about building an inclusive and positive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
    • Provide day-to-day guidance and support on employee relations issues.
    • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace environment.
    • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Administer employee benefits programs.
    • Educate employees on available benefits and provide ongoing support.
    • Assist with benefits enrollment and related inquiries.
  • HR Compliance & Administration
    • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
    • Support initiatives that strengthen communication, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
    • Promote a people-first environment that values authenticity and innovation.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build trust and positive relationships across all organizational levels.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Genuine passion for supporting employees and enhancing workplace culture.
  • Preferred Skills
    • Experience in recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration.
    • Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment best practices.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative approach with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Pay

$70,000 – $85,000 per year
