About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join our client's Human Resources team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will support key HR operations, including HRIS administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management. Working closely with the HR team, you will help ensure efficient hiring processes and provide administrative support that contributes to an exceptional employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, recruiting coordination, or a related role.
- Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is required.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management processes.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
Skills
- Strong experience using HRIS platforms for employee data management.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable.
- Experience coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to generate reports and maintain confidential employee records.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
