Serve as a subject matter expert
Serve as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements to support company-wide compliance
Conduct recurring compliance audits
- Analyze findings
- Communicate results, trends, and recommendations to various levels of leadership through reports, presentations, and meetings
Review Restaurant assessment results
- Identify compliance risks and trends
- Recommend corrective actions, training opportunities, and accountability measures
Develop test scripts, execute UAT, and validate regulatory system configurations

Maintain knowledge of changing employment-related regulations
- Prepare and submit required government reports, including the annual EEO-1 report

Qualifications
- 3+ years of analyst experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience analyzing data from HRIS, scheduling, or business intelligence platforms; experience with Workday, HotSchedules, Harri, and/or Tableau preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Build effective relationships and collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal communication with a high level of professionalism
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Take initiative to improve processes and work with a strong sense of purpose and urgency
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
