About the role
This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. It is an On-Site role at the location detailed in the job post.
Responsibilities
- Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Sources candidates, screens and recruits job applicants to fill entry level, professional and technical job openings.
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job related requirements.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Performs benefit administration to include change reporting and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Conducts benefits orientation to employees.
- Facilitates and/or provides training to the workforce.
- Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
- Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
- Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Represents the company for unemployment claims.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred.
- Minimum of three years related experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred but not required.

Pay
Pay Range: $63,440.00 - $82,000.00
