Check us out further on our website at www.cnitucson.com Job Description We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of human resources programs and services across the organization. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the HR Manager, providing operational HR support across the employee lifecycle while helping ensure HR initiatives are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with employment legislation and company policies. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a broad range of responsibilities and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Working closely with the HR Manager, you will: Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offers, and onboarding. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience. Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide first-level support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist in coordinating employee training and development initiatives. Assist in administering employee benefits and other HR programs. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the HR department. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience in a progressive HR environment. SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or working toward certification) is considered an asset. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Why Join Us?
