Human Resources Contractor
DETAILS
This Human Resources contractor will support various HR functions such as but not limited to: FMLA and leave administration, Special Education and social worker licensure compliance, READ Act ESSA data and contingency agreements, APS and DPS school district compliance reporting, District contractor onboarding, Records and administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with FMLA paperwork
- Demonstrated belief in all students and the mission of DSST
- Strong character and belief in the core values of DSST
- An ability to work and collaborate across lines of difference
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
