Responsibilities
- Acts as a team player leading Human Resource practices and objectives that provide a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
- Ensures goal attainment through recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Protects the confidentiality of applicants, candidates, and Associates and does not solicit or disclose confidential information unless necessary.
- Develops and implements strategies and plans for HR services.
- Supports the organization during times of change, such as a reduction in force or strategy changes affecting the workforce.
- Collaborates with HR leaders to provide expert advice to Associates and management on reviewing, investigating, and resolving complaints and grievances.
- Ensures accurate documentation of HR-related issues and assists with solutions, including payroll issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field

Strategy addresses key performance results for customer service, communication, retention, employee satisfaction, and engagement. Business Partner support encompasses all areas of human capital including recruitment, retention, development, performance management, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations.
