What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP, HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, multi-state, and local employment and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach and collaborate with leaders across all levels.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools
  • Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing, distribution and/or luxury retail experience a plus.
  • Ability to look at issues from a business lens and then apply HR knowledge and expertise in achievement of effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team building abilities.

How success is defined

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues, team dynamics, and leadership development.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead or support talent acquisition strategies in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Promote and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Including participation in company sponsored events.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Partner with regional HR colleagues, where applicable, to support cross-functional initiatives.
