About the role

We're looking for a Human Resources Assistant at Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center in Nashville, TN, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. Our employees are dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to inspiring positive change in the lives of youth. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure the department completes all areas of the Human Resource mission statement.

Requirements

  • Empathetic and patient.
  • Treat others with respect.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of office experience.
  • Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
