Job Responsibilities
- Aid Senior HR in organizing personnel files and recordkeeping.
- Oversee and participate in the timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll for multiple locations.
- Manage employee timecard, PTO usage, compensation & benefits, and confidential information.
- Perform reconciliation of tax filings and assist with audits.
- Care for on/off-boarding processes including background checks, orientation coordination, new hire paperwork, and policy acknowledgment.
- Support full-cycle recruitment from hiring to exit processes.
- Enter data into HR information systems (Paycor HCM) and use Excel for employee data/record keeping.
- Interpret employee engagement data and recommend actions.
- Handle computer setup and software installation (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Calyx Point, etc.).
Job Qualifications & Required Skills/Abilities
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/economics or related field.
- Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data entry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
