About the role
Responsible for managing HR administrative tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes
- Support recruitment activities including resume screening and scheduling interviews
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate employee records
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
