About the role

Responsible for managing HR administrative tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes
  • Support recruitment activities including resume screening and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate employee records
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
