Duties

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and assisting with new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Aid in benefits administration, including managing open enrollment periods, updating employee benefits information, and answering benefits-related questions
  • Cook up and schedule employee training, development programs, and performance review sessions to promote professional growth
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and compliance audits

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting HR functions or administrative roles, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS
  • Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns efficiently
