What You’ll Do:

  • Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and issuing parking key cards.
  • Aiding in the recruitment, screening, and interviewing process for non-management hotel positions.
  • Completing payroll and distributing paychecks as needed.
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Where You’ve Been:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in human resources is preferred, but not required.
  • You should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Embodying and exemplifying the company culture is important.
