Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations.
- Manage and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Cook up and assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation scheduling.
- Aid in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
- Maintain and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, and sick leaves.
- Aid in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll information.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Hours
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Additional Details
$24-$28/hr; Background check required.
