Delta V Management, LLC. is a full-service management organization offering services such as talent acquisition, human resources, benefits administration, vehicle dispatching, appointment verification, vehicle maintenance and porting, content development and production, and more. Currently, Delta V Management supports ReliaRide Medical Transportation, a family-oriented nonprofit founded in 2007 that specializes in providing non-emergent transportation services to the elderly, underprivileged, and disabled population for medical, non-medical, and other necessary appointments. This role will support both ReliaRide and Delta V Management, with potential future expansion to include similar responsibilities for other businesses managed by Delta V.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator who embodies our brand, mission, and values. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting employees and leaders while ensuring compliance, accountability, and consistency across the organization. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for employee relations, workforce credentialing, compliance, performance management support, and human resources administration. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships will help support a compliant, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations
    • Support managers and leadership in addressing employee performance, attendance, conduct, and policy-related matters.
    • Ensure personnel actions and employee conversations are consistently documented in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
    • Maintain confidential personnel records and employee documentation.
    • Coordinate and assist with workplace investigations as directed by leadership.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution discussions between employees and management.
    • Assist with employee separations, suspensions, terminations, and other personnel actions.
    • Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
  • Human Resources Administration
    • Prepare employment-related documentation and correspondence.
    • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain employment authorization documentation and ensure compliance with Form I-9 requirements.
    • Support implementation and communication of company handbook, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
    • Respond to employee questions or concerns regarding policies, procedures, and employment matters.
    • Educate managers and employees on HR-related policies and expectations.
    • Maintain full proficiency in the company’s HR software.
  • Performance Management
    • Ensure performance concerns are documented consistently and addressed in a timely manner.
    • Assist managers with developing performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
    • Coordinate disciplinary processes, including verbal warnings, written warnings, suspensions, and terminations.
    • Ensure all disciplinary actions are documented consistently and in compliance with company policies.
  • Credentialing Compliance
    • Manage the credentialing process during onboarding for all direct service and non-direct service employees.
    • Monitor date of hire to ensure new hire employees complete credential requirements within specified timeframes.
    • Maintain and update credentialing database and employee compliance records.
    • Track and maintain required documentation of training certificates and other compliance-related items.
    • Ensure compliance with EMS and any other required contracts.
    • Coordinate background checks, drug and alcohol screenings, and other employment qualification requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience with strong experience in employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, processes, regulations, and law, with comfort advising others in these areas.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, effective communication (written, verbal, and listening), and facilitation experience.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Previous working knowledge of HR system(s).

Pay

Salary range: $70,000–$85,000 (negotiable based on experience).
