About the role
Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives. Position located at Walmart Supercenter #2255, 761 AIRPORT RD, HAZLE TOWNSHIP, PA, 18202, US.
Pay
- Hourly wage: $21 - $34 per hour (will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage).
- Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

- Employment type: Full‑Time.
- Available shifts: Opening, Morning.
