About the role
Responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Human Resources department, this role will assist in various HR initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Coordinate HR initiatives and projects aligned with the PMO objectives
- Assist in the administration of HR programs such as benefits, payroll, and training
- Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a PMO setting
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
