About the role

Responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Human Resources department, this role will assist in various HR initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate HR initiatives and projects aligned with the PMO objectives
  • Assist in the administration of HR programs such as benefits, payroll, and training
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a PMO setting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
