Primary Responsibilities
- Lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for hourly, technician, and professional level positions.
- Assess candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on-site interviews.
- Parenthesize with hiring managers to define position requirements.
- Create or update job descriptions as needed.
- Build relationships with High schools, Technical Colleges & University Campuses.
- Proactively source, screen and build a pipeline for all of technical positions using social media tools and job boards (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Career Builder, etc.).
- Identify new and creative avenues for recruiting.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers on ways to improve our recruiting processes and utilize the talent pipeline.
- Act as face of Sub-Zero Group at local events, partnerships, meetups, and conferences to promote the Sub Zero Group, Inc. careers.
- Co-op program management through recruitment, co-op experience/development, offboarding and building future candidate pipeline.
