HR GENERALIST-Recruiter

Roxbury is currently recruiting a full-time Human Resources Generalist to work at our Shippensburg, PA behavioral healthcare facility.

About the role

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the administrative coordination of all employee-related information and processes. This position ensures compliance with all governmental and legal requirements related to personnel functions. The role supports the Director of Human Resources with staff recruitment and orientation, HRIS management, personnel file administration, staff development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee-related information and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental and legal personnel requirements.
• Assist with staff recruitment, orientation, and onboarding.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel file administration.
• Support staff development initiatives and employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred.
• High school diploma required, with previous HR experience.

Roxbury is a 112-bed behavioral healthcare facility located in Shippensburg, PA. The facility includes a 52-bed acute adult and adolescent psychiatric unit for individuals requiring short-term hospitalization due to mental illnesses, as well as a 60-bed chemical dependency unit providing medically supervised detoxification for adults with substance abuse issues.
